This is the programme a training provider draws up before any engagement. Here it is, so you know what you are committing to before you write.

  1. Before 45 min, remote

    We take the measurements

    A call to find what takes up your time and to collect your working documents. Without them, the day would be spent on examples.

  2. Morning 3 h 30, at your office

    We learn to use the tools

    Four people at most, on live files, with no technical prerequisite. Beyond four, we spread it over several days.

  3. Afternoon 3 h 30, at your office

    We cut your keys

    The tools are installed and configured on your machines, connected to your files and your templates. None of them sends anything on its own.

  4. After 30 days remote

    We sign off the snags

    We look at what is still in use. A tool nobody uses is reworked, or removed.

Total on site: 7 h

No document leaves your office until someone on your team has read and signed it.
